Do I need any special hardware to use Dromlik?

No. Dromlik runs entirely in the cloud, so all you need is an internet connection. Your team can take calls from the Dromlik App on desktop, web, or mobile. If you want desk phones, Dromlik supports a wide range of IP phones.

Which plan should I choose?

The plan that best matches the features your team uses. Starter covers core call handling for small teams. Business adds queues, supervisor tools, and CRM integration. Pro adds omnichannel messaging, AI transcription, and advanced reporting.

Why can't I import personal contacts?

Accepted Answer

Personal contacts are bound to the individual user, so an administrator can't import them on someone else's behalf. The user can import their own personal contacts from the Dromlik App's Contacts page.

What's the difference between an extension and a user?

They're effectively the same thing. Extension emphasises the phone-side identity (the number); user emphasises the person. In Dromlik, every user has exactly one extension.

What's the difference between a queue and a ring group?

Accepted Answer

A ring group rings several extensions at once (or in sequence) when a call arrives. The first to answer gets the call. A queue holds incoming callers in a waiting line and distributes them to agents based on a strategy (longest idle, round robin, etc.), with hold music and SLA tracking.

How do I record calls?

Call recording can be enabled per-extension or per-trunk. Go to the extension's settings, switch to the Features tab, and turn on Call recording.

Which CRMs does Dromlik integrate with?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Bitrix24, Odoo, and Pipedrive natively. For any CRM not on the list, use the Custom CRM Integration template.

Does Dromlik work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes — two ways. Direct Teams integration (no calling licence required) lets Teams users make and receive calls through Dromlik. Alternatively, you can route via Call2Teams.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers when I switch?

Yes. Dromlik supports number porting from most carriers, and porting is free in supported regions (Ireland, UK, Sweden). The migration team handles the paperwork.

Per user per month, with annual or monthly billing options. Annual is cheaper. Add-ons (call recording minutes, AI transcription, SMS bundles) are billed separately.
