A Drömlik–CRM integration ties phone calls to the customer records your team already works in. When someone calls, the matching contact or lead pops up on the agent's screen. When an agent finishes a call, the activity, recording, and notes are written back to the CRM automatically — no copy-paste, no forgotten follow-ups.

What you get out of the box

  • Click-to-call — dial any phone number in the CRM with a single click.
  • Call pop-up — the contact (or a new-contact form) appears the moment the phone rings.
  • Contact sync — CRM contacts flow into the Drömlik App phonebook.
  • Call journaling — every call writes a CDR entry, optional recording link, and call notes back to the CRM.

Ready-made integrations

Drömlik ships with turnkey connectors for the most common CRMs. Each takes 10–15 minutes to set up and we keep them updated as vendors change their APIs.

Don't see your CRM?

If your CRM exposes a REST API, you can wire it up yourself with a custom CRM integration template. It needs basic coding, and you own the upkeep — but you get the same click-to-call, pop-up and journaling features as the ready-made connectors.
