Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID

Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID lets users open the Drömlik tab in Teams and be signed in instantly — no extension number, no password. It's the smoothest experience and the recommended setup for any organisation already on Microsoft 365.

Before you begin

• Global or Application administrator role in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administrator role in Drömlik.
• Each Drömlik extension's email address must match the user's Entra ID UPN.

Set it up

1. 1

   Register Drömlik in Entra ID

   In the Drömlik admin console go to Integrations → Microsoft Entra ID → Single sign-on and click Connect. You'll be sent to Microsoft to consent on behalf of your tenant.

   Grant admin consent

   In the Microsoft consent dialog, review the requested scopes (sign in, read profile, read directory) and click Accept. Drömlik creates the matching enterprise application in your tenant.

   Match users

   Drömlik scans your extensions and shows which ones already match an Entra ID user by email. Resolve any unmatched extensions before continuing — they'll fall back to password sign-in otherwise.

   Enable SSO

   Switch SSO enabled to on and save. From the next sign-in onwards, users tapping the Drömlik tab in Teams go straight to the dialer.
