Microsoft Teams integration overview

The Drömlik for Microsoft Teams integration embeds the full Drömlik web client inside the Teams client your team already lives in. No middleware, no Microsoft calling license, no parallel softphone — your users get business calling without ever leaving Teams.

What you get

• Make and receive calls in Teams — calls run on your Drömlik PBX and are placed via the Drömlik web/desktop client or a desk phone, all controlled from the Teams interface.
• Call history — every call, in and out, shown inside the Teams app.
• Voicemail and recordings — listen and download without switching apps.
• One-click sign-in — users open the app and they're already signed in via their Microsoft account.

Requirements

• Microsoft 365 plan: Business Basic, Standard or Premium; or any E1/E3/E5 plan.
• Drömlik PBX: any current version — no extra add-ons.
• Admin permission in both Microsoft 365 and Drömlik for the initial setup.

How to roll it out

1. Install the Drömlik app in Microsoft Teams for your tenant.
2. Sign in to Drömlik from inside Teams — one-time per user.
3. Pick the endpoint each user wants to make and receive calls on.
