Sign in to Drömlik within Teams

Once the Drömlik app is available in your Teams tenant, each user signs in once. After that, opening the Drömlik tab in Teams takes them straight to the dialer.

   Open the Drömlik app in Teams

   Click Drömlik in the Teams left rail (or use the Apps search if it's not pinned).

   Enter your Drömlik tenant

   The first time only, paste your Drömlik web client URL (your admin can share it) and click Continue.

   Sign in

   If your admin has enabled SSO with Entra ID, you'll be signed straight in with your Microsoft account. Otherwise enter your Drömlik extension number and password.

   Allow notifications

   When prompted, allow Teams to show desktop notifications. This is what makes the incoming-call pop-up appear.
