Sign in to Dromlik within Dynamics 365

Last updated: 2026-09-04

After an administrator installs the Dromlik for Dynamics 365 plugin, each user signs in to the embedded call panel once. The session then persists in that browser until the user signs out or the password changes.

Before you begin

  • Your administrator has installed the plugin and enabled the integration for your extension.
  • You know your Dromlik sign-in details (email and password, or your single sign-on account).
  • You're using Chrome or Edge, and the browser can access your microphone.

  1. 1

    Open Dynamics 365

Sign in to Dynamics 365 in your browser and open any app where the panel is enabled, such as Sales Hub or Customer Service Hub.

  2. 2

    Open the Dromlik panel

Click the Dromlik icon in the right-hand sidebar. The sign-in form appears inside the panel.

  3. 3

    Enter your credentials

Enter the email address linked to your extension and your password, then click Sign in. If your organisation uses single sign-on, click Sign in with Microsoft and complete the Entra ID prompt instead.

  4. 4

    Allow microphone access

The browser asks for microphone permission the first time. Click Allow — without it you can receive call notifications but not talk through the browser.

  5. 5

    Check you're registered

The panel shows your extension number and a green presence indicator. Place a test call to confirm two-way audio.

Sign out

Click your avatar at the top of the panel and choose Sign out. This releases the call session so you can sign in from another device or browser.

Troubleshooting

The Dromlik icon isn't in the sidebar. The channel provider isn't enabled for that Dynamics app, or your user is missing the Drömlik CTI role. Ask your administrator to check both.

"Invalid credentials" although the password works elsewhere. Your extension may not have the integration toggled on. Administrators enable it per extension on the integration page.

The panel loads blank. A browser extension or a strict tracking-prevention setting is blocking the embedded frame. Allow third-party frames for your Dynamics domain and reload.

You can hear the caller but they can't hear you. Microphone permission was denied or the wrong input device is selected. Fix the permission in the browser site settings, then pick the correct microphone in the panel's audio settings.

You're signed out repeatedly. You're signed in to the same extension elsewhere — the newest session wins. Sign out of the other device.
