Troubleshoot Teams integration
Last updated: 2026-06-15
If something isn't working in the Teams integration, start here.
The Drömlik tab is blank
Teams is blocking the embedded site. In Teams Admin Center → Teams apps → Permission policies, confirm the user's policy allows the Drömlik app, then have them sign out of Teams and back in.
Sign-in loops back to the URL prompt
The browser inside Teams isn't keeping cookies. On Windows, clear the Teams cache (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams) and restart Teams. On macOS, clear ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams.
No incoming-call pop-up
- Teams must have notification permission from the OS. Check it under your operating system's notification settings.
- The Drömlik tab must have been opened at least once in the current Teams session — Teams suspends background tabs aggressively.
- Confirm the call endpoint (Browser / Desktop / Desk phone) is set to one that's actually online.
Audio works one way only
Almost always a Teams-side device permission. In Teams, go to Settings → Devices and grant microphone access. On macOS, also confirm Teams has Microphone permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
SSO works in the browser but not in Teams
The embedded WebView in Teams blocks third-party cookies. Re-run the SSO connect flow from the Drömlik admin console — the latest version uses a Microsoft-issued auth token that doesn't need cookies.
