Select a call endpoint
Last updated: 2026-06-15
Drömlik in Teams is a control surface — it drives calls but doesn't have to be the device that rings. Pick the endpoint that fits how each user works.
Available endpoints
| Endpoint | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Browser / Web Client | Audio flows through the Drömlik tab inside Teams using your computer's mic and speakers. | Most office and remote users. |
| Drömlik Desktop | The Teams tab controls calls; audio runs through the Drömlik desktop app on the same machine. | Users who want richer call controls or already keep the desktop app open. |
| Desk phone | Teams becomes a CTI controller — clicks dial the desk phone, and incoming calls ring it. | Users with a physical Yealink/Snom/Fanvil/etc. on their desk. |
| Mobile | Teams controls; the Drömlik mobile app rings. | Field workers who keep their phone close. |
