Factory reset an IP phone

Factory-reset a phone before you move it to a new location, hand it to a new user, or if RPS provisioning isn't picking it up. The steps depend on the vendor.

| Yealink | Hold OK for 10 seconds, confirm Reset to factory. |
| Fanvil | Hold # for 5 seconds during boot, or use the web UI: System → Configurations → Reset. |
| Snom | On boot, press Settings → System info → Factory reset. |
| Grandstream | Web UI: Maintenance → Upgrade → Factory reset. |
| Poly | Hold 1 3 5 together during boot; enter the MAC address as the password. |
