Manual registration
Last updated: 2026-07-15
Manual registration works with any SIP-compliant phone. You enter the SIP credentials and the PBX address on the phone directly. The phone registers, but Dromlik cannot push config, function keys, or firmware to it — you manage it by hand.
What you need
- The extension number and its SIP password from Dromlik (Extension → the user → Security → SIP).
- Your PBX's SIP server address and port (usually the FQDN Dromlik gave you and port
5061for TLS,5060for UDP/TCP). - Transport (TLS recommended) and, if TLS, the option to enable SRTP for media encryption.
Steps
- 1
Open the phone's web interface
Enter the phone's IP in a browser and sign in as admin.
- 2
Add a SIP account
Under Account (name varies), fill in the SIP server, port, transport, username (extension number), authentication ID, and password. Enable the account.
- 3
Save and verify
Save. The phone will attempt to register within a few seconds. In Dromlik, the extension flips to Online. Place a test call in and out.
