Firmware management

Firmware upgrades are pushed to auto-provisioned phones by Dromlik. You pick the target firmware per phone model, schedule the upgrade window, and phones pull the new firmware on their next reprovision.

   Upload the firmware

   Under Auto Provisioning → Firmware, upload the vendor firmware file for the phone model.

   Assign to phones

   Select the phones (or the whole model group) and set the target firmware version.

3. 3

   Schedule the upgrade

   Pick a window outside business hours. The phone downloads the firmware, reboots, and comes back on the new version. Expect 3–5 minutes of downtime per phone.
