Notes
Snom D-series phones prompt for admin credentials on first boot. Set them before provisioning or the phone will hang.
Recommended method
PnP is easiest for factory-fresh phones. Use DHCP option 66 if the phones have already been configured elsewhere and you can't factory-reset them.
