Call permissions for rooms

Call permissions decide what a room phone is allowed to dial. Set them once per room type and reception never has to think about them again.
The four default profiles
| Profile | Allowed |
|---|---|
| Internal only | Reception, restaurant, other rooms. No external calls. |
| Local | Internal + local numbers in the property's country. |
| National | Internal + any number in the property's country. |
| International | Any number, anywhere. |
Apply a profile to a room type
Under Hotel → Room Types, pick the type and choose a default call permission profile. Every room of that type inherits it.
Override per stay
At check-in, reception can upgrade or downgrade the profile for a single stay — e.g. raise a Standard room to International for a corporate guest. The override resets at check-out.
