Wake-up calls

Last updated: 2026-05-29

A wake-up call is a scheduled call from Drömlik to a room phone at a specific time. The guest answers, hears a short message, and the call ends. If they don't answer, Drömlik retries automatically.

Schedule a wake-up from the front desk

  1. 1

    Open the room

From Front Desk, click the room and switch to the Wake-up tab.

  2. 2

    Pick a time

Choose a one-off time or a recurring schedule (e.g. every weekday at 07:00).

  3. 3

    Choose the prompt

Pick a recorded message or use the default. You can record a custom prompt per language under Hotel → Prompts.

  4. 4

    Set retry behaviour

Default is 3 retries spaced 2 minutes apart. If the guest still doesn't answer, Drömlik calls the front desk to escalate.

  5. 5

    Save

The wake-up appears on the room's timeline and on the day's Wake-up schedule report.

Guest schedules their own wake-up

From the in-room phone, the guest dials *55, enters the time as four digits (e.g. 0730), and confirms. They hear back a spoken confirmation in the language set on their reservation.
