Guest services

Once a guest is checked in, Drömlik gives the room a small menu of services. They're all reachable from the in-room phone or from the Drömlik App at the front desk.

Services available per room

  • Wake-up calls — see Wake-up calls.
  • Do not disturb — guest presses a button or dials a short code; the front desk sees the DND flag on the floor plan.
  • Voicemail — every checked-in room has its own mailbox. Messages are wiped automatically at check-out.
  • Call forwarding — front desk can forward a room's calls to a mobile if the guest is out.
  • Internal directory — restricted to reception, restaurant, spa, and other on-site services.
