PMS integration overview

If your property already runs a property management system (PMS), Drömlik can plug in behind it. The PMS keeps owning reservations, rates, and guest data. Drömlik handles telephony, wake-up calls, room status, and mini-bar — and pushes every event back to the PMS so the folio stays in one place.
Supported PMS systems
- Opera Cloud and Opera 5 (via OPI / HTNG). See Integrate with Opera PMS.
- Mews (native connector).
- Apaleo (native connector).
- Protel, Suite8, Cloudbeds (via the HTNG bridge).
- Anything else: build your own bridge with the Hotel API.
