Configure rooms

A room in Drömlik is more than an extension — it carries the room type, nightly rate, call permissions, and the housekeeping status that the rest of the system reacts to.

Add a single room

   Open the Rooms page

   Go to Hotel → Rooms and click Add.

   Set room number and type

   The room number is what guests see and what reception types. Pick a room type to inherit its default rate and call permissions.

   Bind the in-room phone

   Choose the phone's MAC address from the dropdown. Drömlik provisions the phone with the room number and the right permission profile.

   Override the rate (optional)

   If this specific room sells at a different rate than the room type default, enter the override here.

   Save

   Drömlik marks the room as Vacant – Clean and it's ready for a check-in.

Bulk-create rooms from a CSV

For larger properties, click Import on the Rooms page and upload a CSV with columns: room_number, room_type, floor, phone_mac, rate_override. Drömlik creates and provisions every room in one pass.
