Mini-bar management

The mini-bar workflow lets housekeeping post consumed items to a guest's folio in a few seconds, without leaving the room.

Set up the item list

Under Hotel → Mini-bar items, add each item with a short code, name, and price. Codes are usually two digits (01 = water, 02 = beer, etc.) and printed on a card kept in the room.

Post items from the in-room phone

   Dial the mini-bar code

   Dial *86. Drömlik answers and prompts for the item code.

2. 2

   Enter the item code

   Type the two-digit code, then the quantity, then #.

3. 3

   Confirm

   Drömlik reads back the item, quantity, and total, then waits for 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.

Post items from the Drömlik App

From Front Desk, open the room → Folio → Add mini-bar. Pick items from a searchable list. Useful when housekeeping reports consumption verbally.
