Check-in and check-out

Check-in opens a folio on a room and turns on the services a guest pays for. Check-out closes the folio, prints the invoice, and resets the room.

Check a guest in

    Open the Front Desk panel

    In the Drömlik App, switch to Front Desk. The floor plan shows every room and its current status.

    Pick a vacant room

    Click a room marked Vacant – Clean. A check-in form opens.

    Enter guest details

    Fill in name, party size, arrival/departure dates, and rate (defaults to the room rate). Add a payment method if you take a pre-authorisation.

    Confirm

    Click Check in. Drömlik:

    • marks the room Occupied
    • opens a folio
    • enables outbound calling for the room phone with the type's call permissions
    • activates voicemail and wake-up call services

Check a guest out

    Open the room from Front Desk

    Click the occupied room and choose Check out.

  2. 2

    Review the folio

    The folio lists nightly room charges, calls, wake-up call fees (if any), and mini-bar items. Add or remove items if needed.

  3. 3

    Settle the payment

    Take payment with the property's usual method. Drömlik records the payment against the folio.

  4. 4

    Issue the invoice

    Click Email invoice or Print. Drömlik marks the room Vacant – Dirty and pushes a cleaning task to housekeeping.
