Hotel management overview
Last updated: 2026-05-29
Drömlik comes with a built-in Hotel module that lets you run guest-facing services from the same system that handles your calls. There's no second platform to learn and no integration to maintain — front desk, housekeeping, and the phone system share one set of data.
What the Hotel module gives you
- Rooms instead of extensions. Each guest room is modelled as a room object with its own number, type, rate, and call permissions.
- Front-desk console. Check guests in and out, assign rooms, move guests, and post charges from the Drömlik App.
- Wake-up calls. Schedule single or recurring wake-up calls per room, with automatic retry on no-answer.
- Housekeeping status. Staff dial a short code from the in-room phone to mark the room clean, dirty, or out of service.
- Mini-bar posting. Add consumed items to the guest folio in seconds.
- Folio and invoicing. Every call, wake-up, and mini-bar item lands on the guest folio automatically. Print or email the invoice at checkout.
Two ways to run a hotel on Drömlik
Pick the model that fits your property:
- Built-in Hotel module. Best for small and mid-sized properties that want one system. Everything described in this guide works out of the box.
- PMS integration. Best if you already run Opera, Mews, or another PMS. Drömlik becomes the telephony backend and the PMS stays the source of truth for reservations. See PMS integration overview.
