Answer a call

When a call arrives, you'll see a full-screen incoming-call notification — even if the app is in the background or your phone is locked.

Answer or decline

• Swipe right (lock screen) or tap the green button to answer.
• Swipe left or tap the red button to decline. The caller goes to voicemail if you have it enabled.
• Tap Message to decline with a quick chat reply.

Silence the ringer

Press the volume-down button once to silence the ringer without rejecting the call — it keeps ringing silently.
