Mobile app overview

The Drömlik Mobile App is a softphone for iOS and Android. Once you sign in with your extension, your phone behaves like any other Drömlik endpoint — your direct dial rings it, queues can route calls to it, and you appear online to colleagues.

What you can do

• Make and receive calls over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• Transfer, hold, record, and start three-way conferences.
• See colleagues' presence (Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb).
• Check voicemail with AI transcripts.
• Send chat messages 1-to-1 or in group conversations.
• Switch an active call from the data network to your cellular line.

System requirements

• iOS 15 or later.
• Android 9 (Pie) or later.
• An active Drömlik extension with the mobile client allowed in client permissions.
