Restrict inbound calls

Restrict which inbound calls the Mobile App will ring — useful if you don't want out-of-hours calls on your personal phone.

   Open settings

   Tap Me → Settings → Security → Restrict inbound calls.

   Choose a rule

   • Only during business hours — silent outside your organisation's business hours.
   • Only from internal extensions — external calls skip the Mobile App.
   • Custom schedule — set your own hours and days.

   Save

   Restricted calls still ring your desk phone (if any) and follow your presence rules.
