Sign in with account credentials

If you've signed in before and just need to re-authenticate (for example after a password change or on a new phone), use your account credentials.

   Open the mobile app

   Tap Sign in manually on the welcome screen.

   Enter your server address

   This is the domain your administrator sent you, e.g. acme.dromlik.com. You only need to enter it once.

   Enter your email and password

   Use the email associated with your extension and the password you set during your first sign-in.

   Tap Sign in

   The app authenticates and registers your extension. You're ready to make and receive calls.
