Presence overview

Presence tells colleagues whether you're reachable. It also drives how Dromlik routes calls to your extension — e.g. sending Do Not Disturb calls straight to voicemail.

Presence statuses

• Available — calls and chats ring normally.
• Away — you're signed in but not at your desk.
• Do Not Disturb — calls skip your phone and follow your DND rule (often voicemail).
• Lunch break / Business trip / Off work — customisable routing per status.
