Transfer a call

The mobile app supports both blind and attended transfers.

Blind transfer (no warning)

   During the call, tap Transfer

   Find Transfer in the in-call controls.

   Pick Blind

   Choose Blind.

   Select the destination

   Pick a contact, recent call, or dial a number. The caller is transferred immediately and your call ends.

Attended transfer (with announcement)

1. 1

   Tap Transfer → Attended

   The original caller is put on hold.

2. 2

   Call the third party

   Speak to them and confirm they want to take the call.

3. 3

   Tap Complete transfer

   The two parties are joined and you drop out.
