The Dromlik Mobile App supports several sign-in methods. You can use your extension account or, when configured by your administrator, a connected organisational account.
Sign in with your extension account
Quick sign-in from your welcome email
Your welcome email contains a QR code and a mobile sign-in link. These let the app retrieve your account information without manually entering it.
- Sign in with a QR code: scan the code in your welcome email.
- Sign in with an email link: copy the mobile sign-in link, open the app, and confirm the account.
The QR code and login link can each only be used once. If you have not received the welcome email, ask your administrator to resend it.
Manual sign-in
Ask your administrator for your extension account username, password, and server domain, then sign in with account credentials.
Your username is either your extension number or your email address, depending on the login method your administrator allows.
Sign in with a connected account
If your administrator has integrated the phone system with your organisation's identity service, you can sign in with that connected account. Ask your administrator which method is enabled. See single sign-on.
First-time extension-account sign-in
When you first sign in with an extension account, accept the privacy policy agreement and change the initial password when prompted. After completing these steps, sign in again with your new password.
