Make a call

You can place a call in several ways from the mobile app.

From the keypad

   Tap Keypad

   At the bottom of the app, tap Keypad.

   Dial the number

   Enter the extension or external number. For external numbers, include the prefix your administrator configured.

3. 3

   Tap the green call button

   The call is placed over Wi-Fi or mobile data.

From contacts or call history

Tap any contact in Contacts or any entry in Calls and tap the phone icon. To redial the last number, double-tap the call button on an empty keypad.
