Manage voicemails

Beyond listening, the Mobile App lets you mark voicemails read, delete them, forward them, or reply with a call.

• Mark as read — swipe left on a voicemail to clear the notification dot.
• Delete — swipe further or tap the message → trash. Deleted voicemails move to a trash bin for 30 days.
• Reply with a call — tap the phone icon inside the message to call the sender back.
• Forward — tap → Share → send the audio file and AI transcript to a colleague in chat or email.
