Check voicemail

Voicemail messages appear in the Calls tab under the Voicemail filter. Unread messages have a blue dot.

   Tap a message

   Tap the play icon to listen in-app. If AI transcription is enabled, you'll also see the transcript below the player.

   Choose an action

   From the action bar, you can Call back, Save, Forward to a colleague, or Delete.

Voicemail is also emailed to you if your administrator has enabled email notifications.
