Directory overview

The Directory is the shared list of every colleague and shared phonebook contact in your Dromlik system. Unlike your personal Contacts, the Directory is maintained by your administrator.

What's in the Directory

• Extensions — every colleague with a Dromlik account.
• Company phonebooks — shared external contacts (customers, suppliers) admins have imported.
• Departments — colleagues grouped by team, with presence and click-to-call.

How to open it

Tap Directory on the bottom tab bar. Use the search field to find someone by name, extension number, department, or job title.
