Set up email notifications for voicemail

Email notifications deliver every new voicemail to the user's inbox as an MP3 attachment with the AI-generated transcript in the body.

   Confirm the SMTP relay

   Go to System → Email Server and make sure Drömlik's outbound mail is configured (or use the built-in relay).

   Open the extension

   Go to Extension → <user> → Voicemail and enter the email address that should receive notifications. Use a distribution list for shared mailboxes.

   Choose what to send

   Pick Send only (drop after delivery), Send and keep (keep in voicemail too), or Send and mark as read.

   Save and test

   Save, then leave a test voicemail and verify the email arrives within ~30 seconds.
