Integrationen mellan Drömlik och Zapier låter dig förvandla vilken telefonsystemshändelse som helst till ett automatiserat arbetsflöde. Drömlik skickar händelser till en Zap via en webhook-trigger, och Zapier sköter resten — logga ett samtal i ditt CRM, posta ett missat samtal i Slack, skapa ett Trello-kort från en röstbrevlåda.
Så fungerar det
Varje Zap startar med en Webhooks by Zapier-trigger (Catch Hook). Zapier ger dig en unik URL, du klistrar in den i Drömliks webhook-inställningar, och Drömlik postar händelsen till Zapier varje gång den utlöses.

Skapa en Zap med Catch Hook
I Zapier, skapa en ny Zap. Välj Webhooks by Zapier som triggerapp och Catch Hook som triggerhändelse. Kopiera webhook-URL:en.

Lägg till webhooken i Drömlik
I Drömliks administratörskonsol, gå till Integrationer → Webhook. Klicka Lägg till, klistra in Zapier-URL:en, sätt metoden till POST och aktivera de händelser du vill skicka.

Skicka en testhändelse
Klicka Testa i Drömlik och sedan Test trigger i Zapier. Händelsens payload visas så att du kan mappa fält.

Lägg till åtgärder i Zapier
Lägg till en valfri Zapier-åtgärd — Slack-meddelande, rad i Google Sheets, HubSpot-kontakt — och mappa fält från Drömlik-payloaden.

Aktivera Zapen
Spara och publicera. Från och med nu triggar varje matchande Drömlik-händelse ditt arbetsflöde.
Tillgängliga triggers (händelser)
Drömlik kan skicka vilken som helst av händelserna nedan till Zapier. Välj bara de som varje Zap faktiskt behöver — högvolymshändelser som Call state changed (30011) och Extension call state changed (30008) kan förbruka Zapier-tasks snabbt.

Säkerhet
Drömlik signerar varje webhook-anrop med den delade hemlighet du konfigurerar. I Zapier kan du lägga till ett Filter by Zapier-steg som validerar signaturen, eller ett Code by Zapier-steg för HMAC-verifiering. Behandla Zapier-URL:en som en hemlighet och rotera den om den läcker.
