Initial Action

The entry point of a call flow. It defines which phone number(s) trigger the flow and optionally plays an opening prompt to greet callers or give instructions.

Configuration

• Name — internal label for the call flow.
• Trigger numbers — one or more DIDs / inbound routes that start the flow.
• Welcome prompt — optional audio file or text-to-speech message.
• Caller ID display — choose how the caller ID is presented downstream.

Connections

• Exactly one outgoing connection to the next component.
