Transfer

End component. Transfers the caller to a designated destination such as an extension, queue, ring group, voicemail box, or external number.

Configuration

• Destination type — extension, queue, ring group, IVR, voicemail, external number, or another call flow.
• Destination value — the specific target.
• Pre-transfer prompt — optional announcement before the transfer.

Connections

• End component — no outgoing connections.
