Set up a call flow from existing flow

Reuse an existing flow as the starting point — clone one already in your tenant, or import a JSON file exported from another system or tenant.

Clone a flow

   Locate the source flow

   In Call Flow Designer, find the flow you want to copy.

   Clone it

   Click the action menu on the row → Clone. Dromlik creates a copy named "Original (Copy)" in Draft state.

   Rename and edit

   Open the clone, rename it, change the Initial Action's number, and adjust components.

Import from JSON

   Export from source

   From the source flow, click Export to download a JSON file.

   Import

   Click Add → From File and upload the JSON file. The flow is created in Draft state.

   Re-bind references

   Imported flows may reference extensions, queues, or trunks that don't exist in the target tenant — re-bind them before publishing.
