Plays a menu prompt and routes the caller based on the DTMF digit they press.
Configuration
- Menu prompt — audio or text-to-speech that lists the options.
- Digit map — assign 0–9, *, # to outgoing branches.
- Timeout — how long to wait for a digit.
- Invalid retries — number of attempts before falling through.
Variables
- {menu.digit} — the DTMF digit the caller pressed.
Connections
- One branch per configured digit, plus Timeout and Invalid branches.
