AI language support

Drömlik's AI features support a wide range of languages. The exact list depends on which feature you're using — TTS supports more voices, while transcription supports more dialects.

AI Receptionist (speech understanding + reply)

Auto-detects the spoken language on each call. Supported: Swedish, English (UK, US, Irish, Australian), Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish.

AI Text-to-Speech

Available in 30+ languages with both standard and neural voices. Most major European languages have at least four neural voice options (two male, two female). Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Hindi are also available.

AI Transcription

Supports the same languages as AI Receptionist plus regional variants of English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Auto-detection picks the language per call; you can also pin a language per extension if you know every call will be in it.

AI Call Summary & Sentiment

The summary is generated in the language of the transcript. Sentiment scoring works for every supported transcription language.
