Create an AI Receptionist

Set up a new AI Receptionist and complete its basic configuration. Once it exists you can attach a knowledge base, fine-tune its skills, and make it reachable from any inbound route.
Before you begin
- You have administrator access to the Drömlik admin console.
- You have free AI Receptionist capacity on your plan.
- SIP TCP is enabled and the system has been rebooted.
Steps

Open AI → AI Receptionist
Sign in to the Drömlik admin console and go to AI → AI Receptionist.

Click Add
Click Add in the top right. A configuration panel slides in.

Fill in the basic profile
Give the receptionist a name, an internal extension number, and optionally a direct DID on one of your trunks.

Pick voice and language
Choose the primary language and the voice profile. The receptionist still detects other languages automatically — this setting controls the default voice and greeting.

Write the greeting
Enter a short greeting. Keep it under two sentences — callers reach the menu faster, and the AI sounds more natural.

Add company information
Fill in core services, business hours, and address. This becomes part of the receptionist's working context, so it can answer questions like "are you open today?" without you wiring up a separate flow.

Save
Click Save. The receptionist is created and immediately reachable on its extension. Test it before exposing the DID.
