AI Transcription turns voicemail audio and call recordings into searchable text. Transcripts appear next to the audio in the Drömlik App and in CDR, and they feed AI Call Summary and Sentiment Analysis.
What gets transcribed
- Voicemail messages — transcribed as soon as the caller hangs up. The text is included in the voicemail email and shown in the app.
- Call recordings — transcribed after the call ends. Speakers are diarised so you can see who said what.
Plan requirements
- Business plan or higher.
- For call recording transcription, call recording must be enabled on the extension, trunk, queue, or ring group whose calls you want transcribed.
Storage and retention
Transcripts inherit the retention policy of the underlying recording or voicemail. Delete the source and the transcript is deleted too.
Languages
Transcription supports the languages listed in AI language support. The transcriber auto-detects the spoken language per call.
