Manage tools

Once you have custom tools in Dromlik, you can edit, download, or delete them from the same page.

Edit a tool

    Open Tools

    Go to AI > AI Receptionist > Tools.

    Open the tool

    Click the edit icon next to the tool.

  3. 3

    Save your changes

    Modify settings as needed and click Save. Receptionists using the tool pick up the new configuration on their next call.

Download tools

Download a tool as a JSON file to back it up or replicate it across tenants.

    Select one or more tools

    Tick the checkbox next to each tool you want to export.

    Click Download

    At the top of the list, click Download. A single tool downloads as a .json file; multiple tools download as a .zip archive.

Delete tools

Delete a single tool

  1. Click the delete icon next to the tool.
  2. Confirm with OK.

Delete tools in bulk

  1. Select the checkboxes of the tools to remove.
  2. Click Delete at the top of the list.
  3. Confirm with OK.
