AI Receptionist call activity report

The AI Receptionist Call Activity report shows how often your receptionists are picking up calls, how those calls end, and how long they last. Use it to spot routing problems, knowledge-base gaps, and capacity limits.
Open the report

Go to Reports and Recordings → Call Reports
Open the Drömlik admin console and navigate to Reports and Recordings → Call Reports.

Open Default Reports → AI Reports
Click the Default Reports tab, then click AI Receptionist Call Activity in the AI Reports panel.

Set filters
Pick a time range and select which receptionist(s) to include. Leave the receptionist filter empty to see every AI on the account.

(Optional) Export or schedule
Export the report to CSV, or schedule an email delivery so stakeholders get it automatically.
Key metrics

| Total calls | Calls the receptionist answered in the selected period. |
| Transferred calls | Calls the receptionist successfully handed off to a person, queue, or extension. |
| Self-served calls | Calls the receptionist resolved on its own — no transfer needed. |
| Voicemail handoff | Calls that ended with the caller leaving a voicemail. |
| Average duration | Mean conversation length. Long durations often point to unclear knowledge-base entries. |
| Top intents | The most common things callers asked for. A useful checklist for what to add to the knowledge base next. |
| Minutes consumed | AI Receptionist minutes spent on these calls; counts against your plan capacity. |
