AI usage and quotas

Every AI feature in Drömlik draws from a shared per-tenant quota. This page explains where each feature's usage comes from, what's included for free, and how to extend it.
What counts as usage

| AI Receptionist | Minutes | Total time the receptionist is in conversation with a caller. |
| AI Text-to-Speech | Characters | Characters of text synthesised. Re-using a saved prompt doesn't re-bill. |
| AI Transcription | Minutes | Length of the audio transcribed (voicemail or recording). |
| AI Call Summary | Calls | One unit per call summarised. |
| AI Sentiment Analysis | Calls | One unit per call scored. |
Included with every plan
- 60 free one-time AI Receptionist minutes.
- 100,000 characters of TTS per month.
- 30 minutes of voicemail transcription per month.
Add capacity
Open Plan → Add-on Subscription and pick:
- AI Receptionist (One-Time) — top-up bundles that never expire.
- AI Receptionist (Monthly 200 min) — recurring monthly pack; monthly minutes are spent before one-time minutes.
- AI Transcription Pack — extra transcription minutes for calls and voicemails.
Stay ahead of limits
- Dashboard widgets show current-month consumption per feature.
- Event notifications fire at 80% and at 100% of the monthly quota — wire them to email or webhook under System Preferences → Event Notifications.
