AI call summary
Last updated: 2026-06-01
AI Call Summary produces a short, structured summary of every transcribed call: what the call was about, key points discussed, and any follow-up actions. Summaries appear in CDR and in the Drömlik App alongside the recording and transcript.
What's in a summary
- Topic — one-sentence description of the call's purpose.
- Key points — bullet list of the main things discussed.
- Action items — anything either party committed to do, with the owner.
- Sentiment tag — overall caller sentiment (positive, neutral, negative). See AI Sentiment Analysis.
Prerequisites
- Business plan or higher.
- The call must be recorded and transcribed — summaries are generated from the transcript, not the audio. See Configure call recording transcription.
