Wallboard overview

The wallboard is a live dashboard you can throw onto a big screen. It shows what's happening in every queue right now — calls waiting, longest wait, agents online, SLA, and abandon rate.
What it shows
- Calls waiting — how many people are in the queue right now.
- Longest wait — how long the unluckiest caller has been waiting.
- Agents available / busy / paused / offline — current state of the team.
- Answered / abandoned today — running totals.
- Live SLA — % of calls inside the SLA window so far today.
Make it useful
- Show it on a TV in the office, not buried in a browser tab.
- Limit it to 1–3 queues per board. Information overload kills attention.
- Configure thresholds so numbers turn yellow / red before SLA actually breaks.
