Wallboard overview

The wallboard is a live dashboard you can throw onto a big screen. It shows what's happening in every queue right now — calls waiting, longest wait, agents online, SLA, and abandon rate.

What it shows

  • Calls waiting — how many people are in the queue right now.
  • Longest wait — how long the unluckiest caller has been waiting.
  • Agents available / busy / paused / offline — current state of the team.
  • Answered / abandoned today — running totals.
  • Live SLA — % of calls inside the SLA window so far today.

Make it useful

  • Show it on a TV in the office, not buried in a browser tab.
  • Limit it to 1–3 queues per board. Information overload kills attention.
  • Configure thresholds so numbers turn yellow / red before SLA actually breaks.
