Preview vs progressive dialing
Last updated: 2026-06-20
Two ways to dial out. Pick by use case, not by gut feel.
Preview dialing
The agent sees the contact card first — name, history, notes — and clicks Dial when ready. They control the pace.
Use for: high-value B2B follow-up, complex accounts, anything where the agent needs 30+ seconds to prepare.
Trade-off: lower calls-per-hour, higher quality.
Progressive dialing
Drömlik dials the next contact the moment an agent becomes free. No preview, no thinking time — the call connects when the contact picks up.
Use for: short scripted calls, surveys, appointment reminders, large lead lists.
Trade-off: higher throughput, less personalisation.
