Sign in to the Call Center Console

Before you can take queue calls you need to be signed in to the Drömlik App and logged into your queue (dynamic agents only).

    Open the Drömlik App

    Desktop, web, or mobile — any of them works.

    Go to the Call Center tab

    You'll see the queues you belong to and the live queue activity.

    Log into your queue

    If you're a dynamic agent, click Log in on the queue. Static agents skip this step.

    Set yourself Available

    Make sure your presence is Available, not Do Not Disturb or Away.
