Change your agent status

Your status tells the queue what to do with you. The three you'll use constantly are Available, On a call (set automatically), and Paused.

Switch status

    Open the Call Center Console

    Top-right of the Drömlik App.

    Click your status pill

    It's the coloured pill next to your name.

  3. 3

    Pick the new status

    Choose Available to take queue calls, or pick a pause reason (Lunch, Break, Training…) to step away.

Hotkeys

  • Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + A — Available
  • Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P — Pause (opens reason picker)
