The Administrator Guide is for the people who run a Drömlik system day to day: IT administrators, telecom managers and Drömlik partners. It assumes you already have a Drömlik subscription and access to the admin console.

What's in this guide

  • Getting started — activating the system, the initial setup wizard and signing in.
  • Status center — the dashboard, system status and live call data.
  • Extension — creating, editing and bulk-managing user accounts.
  • Contacts — shared phonebooks and personal contacts.
  • Trunk — SIP trunks that connect Drömlik to the public phone network.
  • Call control — inbound/outbound routes, IVRs, queues and ring groups.
  • Auto provisioning — bringing IP phones online without touching each one.

How to read it

Each article is self-contained and aimed at a specific task ("Create an extension", "Add a SIP trunk"). Where one task depends on another, you'll see a link to the prerequisite at the top.

Conventions

  • Bold marks UI labels — buttons, fields, menu items.
  • Code marks values you type, paths and identifiers.
  • Numbered Steps are mandatory in order. Bulleted lists are reference material.
  • Callouts (Note, Tip, Warning, Important) highlight context you shouldn't skim past.
