Sign in to the admin console

The Drömlik admin console is a web app — you sign in from any browser, no install required. Each Drömlik system has its own URL, set when the system was activated.
Find your console URL
Your console URL looks like https://<your-tenant>.dromlik.app, where <your-tenant> is the subdomain chosen at activation (often your company name). The activation email contains the full URL. If you've lost it, ask your Drömlik partner — they can look it up from your account.
Sign in

Open the console URL
Paste the URL into a modern browser. Bookmark it — you'll use it every time.

Enter your email
Use the email tied to your administrator account. Drömlik decides which sign-in method to use based on this email (password or single sign-on).

Authenticate
Either enter your password, or follow the redirect to your identity provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) if single sign-on is enabled.

Confirm with the second factor (if required)
If two-factor authentication is on for your account, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or the code sent to your phone.
If you can't sign in
- Forgot password. Click Forgot password on the sign-in page. Drömlik emails a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
- Locked out. Five failed attempts in a row lock the account for 15 minutes. Wait, or have another administrator unlock you from the Extension page.
- SSO error. Confirm with your IT team that your account exists in the identity provider and that the Drömlik app is assigned to you.
- No administrators available. Contact your Drömlik partner — they can reset access via support.
